Returns & refunds
SEVEN DAYS TO CHANGE YOUR MIND
If an order isn't right, you can send it back within seven days of delivery for a full refund — no reason needed.
The short version
You have seven days from the day your order arrives to cancel it and send it back for a full refund. You don't have to give a reason. Return shipping is at your cost, and we refund within 30 days of receiving the goods.
This is your right under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, which applies to everything bought online in South Africa. We're not doing you a favour by offering it, and we can't take it away.
What condition goods need to be in
- Floor tiles, edges and corners — unused and in their original packaging.
- Hexagon light kits — unopened, with all connectors and fixings.
Tiles that have been laid, cut or walked on can't be returned under the seven-day cancellation right. If you're unsure about colour, order a single tile first — it costs R76 and settles the question before you commit to a floor.
Faulty or damaged goods
Separately from the seven days, the Consumer Protection Act gives yousix months to return goods that are defective, unsafe or not as described. We'll repair, replace or refund — your choice — and we cover the shipping both ways. Tell us as soon as you spot the problem and send a photo; it makes the whole thing faster.
Check your delivery on arrival. Courier damage is much easier to resolve if it's reported within 24 hours.

Collection orders
The seven days runs from the day you collect. Everything else is the same.
Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. Where this page and the law disagree, the law wins.
