Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Detail Tiles Modular Floor Tiles. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy. Please contact us at info@detailtiles.co.za within 30 days of your purchase to initiate the return process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that if the product has been used or installed, we cannot offer a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund amount will exclude the original shipping cost. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed by your financial institution.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item back to us.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [insert email address] with a photo of the item and packaging. We will send you a replacement item free of charge.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
